By purchasing any product from Protect My Pet Limited you agree to the terms and conditions below;

  • You agree to use the products supplied in their intended manner
  • You agree to use the products supplied for the intended pet only
  • That your pet is not pregnant or lactating 
  • That your pet is over 12 weeks of age
  • You agree to update your pet's weight by logging into your account*
  • You agree that Protect My Pet Limited has provided access to the Data Sheets and/or Summary of Product Characteristics (SPC) for the products supplied by them.

* You agree that if your pet’s change in weight puts them into a different weight category that this will affect the amount of your monthly subscription.


By opening an account on this website, signing up to a subscription service or product, or otherwise using any part of this website you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You must be over 18 years of age to create an account to makes payments online.


You are responsible for choosing a safe and secure password and for not allowing others to use your account, and for any activity which is carried out under your account. Protect My Pet Limited are not liable for any activity that is a result of your failure in this regard.

Protect My Pet Limited makes every effort to ensure the information on the website regarding the descriptions of items supplied by Protect My Pet Limited, recommendations for use and all other matters, are correct. However, occasionally errors might occur. We reserve the right to correct these as soon as we are made aware of them.

Where permitted by law, Protect My Pet Limited disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of this website or anywhere else. Protect My Pet Limited will provide information on the website, on email and blogs, we take care to ensure this is accurate and appropriate. However, Protect My Pet Limited cannot take the place of your vet and we will not be liable for any loss or damage which results from the information provided on the website.


Images of the products used on the website are used for illustration purposes only and the packaging and or contents of the items delivered may vary. Manufacturers are entitled to change their packaging at any time.

Setting Up Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be set up via the website. There is no contract and subscriptions can be cancelled at anytime but only before payment is made for that months’ care pack. This can be done following the steps on the website. Subscriptions cannot be cancelled after the care pack has been dispatched. Protect My Pet Limited reserves the right to decline the application or acceptance of a subscription at any time, for any reason at our absolute discretion. This applies up to the point that we dispatch your care pack. You will be notified by email to confirm that we have received your request for a subscription. You warrant that all the information supplied by you to us during the sign up process is true and complete to the best of your knowledge.


All credit card, debit card and Paypal are carried out securely via the Braintree online payment system using SLL encryption. Braintree is Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards compliant (PCI DSS). We keep full records of payments taken and these can be viewed on “My Account” section of our website, or supplied on request. By using this website you agree to all of these terms and conditions.

Cancelling Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply log into your account, click through to 'manage my subscription' and click 'cancel'. 

Notification of Errors 

You should check the items dispensed to you and your pet carefully and promptly upon receipt. If you believe there may have been a dispensing error, you should contact us immediately and should not administer the treatments supplied in your pet health box. 

Delivery of medicinal products to your door 
You acknowledge and accept that we have no control over the postal system and we have no liability in respect of items that are not received by you after we have despatched them. You acknowledge and accept that you must take steps to ensure any pet(s) or any children do not have access to the medicines when they arrive through your letterbox. These medicines must be kept out of children's reach. These medicines must only be administered in the correct manner as instructed on the package insert. 

Returns and Refunds

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 the customer is entitled to cancel the subscription and receive a full refund excluding the costs of postage, for any items you receive, up until seven working days after the day you receive the care package from us. It is your duty to take all reasonable care of any returned items and packaging up until you the time we receive the care pack. Any damage will result in us being unable to issue you with a full or partial refund of the money you have paid. You cannot return perishable items, or items you have started to use, for a refund. To receive a refund you must notify us in writing (vie email) within seven working days of receiving the item, starting the day after you receive the product from us. The seven-day limit to request a refund does not apply to faulty products, products unfit for purpose or not as described at the time of placing the order.

For all items returned after the seven-day period you are required to give us a written explanation of the reason for return. Depending on the circumstances, the returned items may or may not be due a full or partial refund. In normal circumstances, the limit of our liability for compensation for subscriptions which are delayed or do not arrive at all, will be the value of the subscription placed. You will not be due for any additional compensation for subscriptions. Goods that arrived with minor damage will be replaced (or credit provided) if there is a reasonable chance that they will be adversely affected by that damage. This can apply to part of the delivery; we will undertake to provide a credit for the damaged items only. If you would prefer not to accept the whole delivery then you can return it to us, but you will be responsible for the cost of the secure return.


Royal Mail postal service will be used to deliver the subscription and individual care packages supplied by Protect My Pet Limited. All subscriptions will be processed and dispatched on an ongoing monthly basis. Protect My Pet Limited reserves the right to take whatever measures are considered appropriate to verify the authenticity and suitability of all subscriptions. We also reserve right not to supply an individual or subscription care package if we consider it to be inappropriate in any way. In such circumstances we will refund in full payment made to us. We do not need to provide our reasons. If items arrive damaged or get lost in transit, it will be at our discretion to refund or replace them. All damages must be reported within 5 days of delivery otherwise we may be unable to refund or replace the products. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. If delivery if likely to be subject to undue delay, we will contact you by email. In this circumstance you will have the option of a full refund or to wait for availability (this might be due to a manufacturer stock issue). Please ensure that you are happy with the product and service you are signing up to and of the costs. Protect My Pet has the option to cancel any order that cannot be fulfilled for any reason and will contact you accordingly via email. You will always be issued a full and timely refund in such cases. We also reserve the right to swap the delivery method chosen for an equivalent service level delivery method at our discretion without notice. Other conditions do apply regarding deliveries.

* Inform us if you are unsure of anything before applying any medication or other products supplied by us to your pet

Free or discounted offers

You must have valid payment details to redeem a free or discounted offer. Free or discounted introductory offers are only available to new users of the website. Except where expressly stated, previous users or trialists of the website do not qualify for an additional special offer. Except where otherwise stated, discounts and credits are available only once to any one person. Orders will not be fulfilled where the subscription has been cancelled prior to the fulfilment date. Except where otherwise stated, discounts and credits cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. You will be charged the full price for boxes after your free or discounted offer. We will continue to bill you by your chosen payment method for the Protect My Pet Limited service until you cancel your subscription. Except where otherwise stated, free or discounted offers can only be redeemed against our dog and cat health boxes and only one free box per household is permitted.

All rights, including copyright, in the content of these website pages are owned or controlled by Protect My Pet Limited. Care has been taken by Protect My Pet Limited in the development of this website. No

warranty of any kind exists regarding its content. Protect My Pet Limited is not liable for any losses or claims arising directly or indirectly from the use of this website, it’s content and any associated media. Protect My Pet Limited liability under contract will only cover losses which could reasonably be foreseen as consequences of breach of contract. Our total liability under contract (including our negligence or breach of our statutory duty, misinterpretation, or any other matter) will not exceed three times the amount paid for the products of that contract. If any provision or term on this website becomes or is declared illegal, invalid or unenforceable for any reason, that term or provision shall be divisible from all other terms and conditions and shall be deemed to be deleted from them. These terms and conditions were updated were updated on 1st May 2015 and replace all other terms and conditions. If we are liable to you for any reason, our liability will be limited to either £500 or three times the amount paid by you for the product or service concerned., which ever is lower. This limit does not apply to any liability we may have for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or for our fraudulent misrepresentation.
